Helping Google hire

Helping Google Hire

How does Google embrace their ethos to build for everyone and ensure that anyone feels confident they could see themselves employed there?

We worked with the Google Employment Brand team to find ways to illuminate the process of how Google hires its workforce (designed to reduce bias and boost inclusivity) and put forth some of their best tips for a career search using distinct editorial visual creative and brand journalism to tell their stories.

The hiring process, illuminated

To document the process of how Google aproaches hiring, and how a candidate might experience the process end-to-end, we took an investigative lens to how Google currently hires, and worked closely with the Google Employment Brand team to create a helpful and engaging narrative. Our brand newsroom enlisted London-based illustrator Jing Zhang to create a visual story to illuminate for prospective candidates how the hiring process at Google works.
