Taking holiday dishes from meh to magnificent
Holidays get boring when you eat the same thing year after year. To inspire people to expand their culinary horizons, we interviewed hosts of Airbnb food Experiences around the world to discover their favorite holiday recipes. Then we created short, vibrant, and digestible (no pun intended) tutorial videos to inspire home cooks for the holidays.

We selected three diverse recipes to feature in our videos — aletria, a Portuguese dessert made from angel hair pasta, peranakan laksa, a spicy shrimp noodle dish from Singapore, and a persimmon and burrata caprese from the good ol' USA.
