Every July, the world has bikes on the brain when the Tour de France rolls around. During the 2018 race, Airbnb discovered fascinating growth trends in their cycling Experiences, and we took the opportunity to create a timely story centered around the data. In our piece, we examined the stats around the explosion of popularity for cycling Experiences as well as interesting trends around bookings, then partnered with an illustration studio to bring the numbers to life in a series of bold and animated infographics.
